The hotel Nice is located in a safe and quiet area, just few steps from the bus stop which takes you to Venice in about 10 minutes. My room and all hotel areas were very clean, my room was spacious and well equipped. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. Upon my arrival I was offered upgrade of my room at no extra charge. At my next stay in Venice I would choose this hotel again.

浴室の窓が壊れていて閉まらなかった。 バスタブとトイレに仕切りがないのでシャワー後は全体が濡れてしまう。 価格はベネチアに泊まるよりは安く抑えられるので良かった。

Alle sehr nice im Hotel Nice :)

Für ein kurzen Städtetrip genau das Richtige. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer auch komfortabel. Die Verbindung nach Venedig ist um die Ecke und auch einen Supermarkt findet man auf der Straße.

Hotel Nice ottima scelta

un Weekend con famiglia ed amici a Venezia e per riposare abbiamo scelto Hotel Nice! Ottima scelta devo dire! Hotel confortevole ed accogliente e vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere Venezia in pochi minuti e, dettaglio non da poco, posto auto interno.

En general buena experencia lo único es que si no sabes italiano la gente que vive en Marghera no está acostumbrada a los turistas por lo que es bueno saber lo básico de italiano

Terrible hotel Staff

When we got at the hotel at midnight the reception that was there was really with bad attitude. We arrived hungrier and asked him to eat, he said us all were closed. Once in the room we didn't get towels and toilet paper. We came with him to asked and again at very bad attitude. He didn't speak in English and the communication was imposible. The breakfast is bad, poor quality. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS.

Buona posizione !

Hotel situato in una buona posizione, visto le fermate del bus e del tram a poche centinaia di metri , ottima vista su un grazioso parco , personale molto gentile , ospitale e disponibile, consigliato !!

Abbiamo gradito la presenza del piccolo parcheggio esterno alla struttura, l'accoglienza rapida e cortese e l'arredamento della stanza. Purtroppo la camera è risultata essere piuttosto rumorosa (si sentivano distintamente le voci degli ospiti della stanza accanto e l'abbaiare del loro cagnolino) e polverosa (probabilmente a causa della moquette). Il bagno era essenziale ma perfettamente pulito. La posizione dell'albergo è decisamente buona per chi avesse bisogno di recarsi alla stazione di Mestre. La zona in cui sorge l'hotel è tranquilla e piacevole. Un buon compromesso per poter visitare comodamente la vicina Venezia senza spendere troppo.

The refrigerator wasn't on the room they gave one that sounded like a jet plain. The a/c heater didn't work the carpit was disgusting there were no shower doors and the water didn't get hot. Staff was nice and it was cheap

near a bus stop to go to main Venice area

It is a very good hotel for given price. Our other booking got cancelled last minute. We booked this hotel and it was very cheap. They gave us nice rooms with balcony. Only carpet in this hotel is bad otherwise everything else is worth the price. There is a bus stop near the hotel(2 min walk). From this stop you can take tram to Mastre station or Mainland Venice. Very convenient. The area of the hotel is safe and very quite. Is it nice residential area. Don't expect 5 star hotel experience with this price. but is it worth the price.

Hotel i hyggeligt område

Et dejligt område, hvor der er parker, legepladser og det er så grønt og lækkert at gå i. Om lørdagen er der et stort marked lige udenfor døren. Busserne til Venedig er tæt på. Bus nr 6L er lige om hjørnet og 6 et busstop længer væk, men det er næsten det samme. Det er billigt at spise i området og på hotellet kan man bestille pizza fra en af de lokale pizzairer. Hotellet er lidt brugt, men der er både lysekroner, krogede møbler og mulighed for at opholde sig på altan eller terrasse. Der kan altid købes drikkevare i receptionen, der hænger sammen med resturanten. Der kan bestilles taxa gennem hotellet.

Buen hotel cerca de Venecia.

Buen hotel que se corresponde perfectamente a las estrellas que tiene (podría ser un 4), en una buena zona, con fácil acceso al transporte público para ir a Venecia de forma rápida. Muy buena ubicación. Hotel elegante, de estilo romántico muy acorde al estilo veneciano. Limpieza de las habitaciones y del hotel en general perfecto. La amabilidad del personal excelente. La zona perfecta para estar tranquilo pero muy cerca de Venecia. Absolutamente recomendable. Si el balcón tuviera una mesita con dos sillas para poder estar un rato al fresco de la noche, seria fantástico. Por lo demás, todo un 10. Felicidades.
