Villa Venice is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom houseboat located in Cypress Cove Marina. 2 of the bedrooms have 1 queen-sized bed and the other 3 rooms have a twin/twin bunk beds, linens are provided. 2 full bathrooms, towels included. It has a fully stocked kitchen. Living room with satellite TV & WIFI and a dining room with table & chairs. Includes a gaming table with cards, and a few board games. The houseboat has a washer/dryer. The back deck has a commercial ice maker, patio tables & chairs, and a propane grill. Parking is available directly in front of the houseboat. The houseboat has boat access, so the captain of your fishing charter can pick you up directly from the houseboat in the morning.
