Great Time

Really enjoyed our stay. House clean and ease of parking. Downside is Location remote and unless going to use the lake somewhat limited in anything to do in location, we stopped by the adjacent hotel to see if we could use the pool but no pool. Would trim weeds. We went into Montreal all three days during our stay which was about 45-60 minutes away and when come back not that much to do. Notwithstanding very nice clean house and host great, mistook the hot tub in bathroom for a jacuzzi on deck.

This cottage by the lake was absolutely lovely - clean, well equipped and comfortable. The position is fabulous right by the lake. Everything worked as it should and we got the key code in good time. No complaints at all. Loved every minute.

Belle demeure avec vue sur le lac, le chalet est propre, tout pour cuisiner de façon correcte, il y à même quelques bases (sel, poivre, épices). Les lits sont confortables. Il y a un marché à proximité que l'on peut faire à pied. La rue est passante si vous avez de jeunes enfants. Bien satisfaite de notre séjour!

Rendez vous familial annuel réussi

La propriété permet un séjour en tout confort et tranquillité. Tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour avec vue sur le lac Champlain est disponible. Même en basse saison, en temps de pluie et de soleil, on s'y sent bien pour jouer des jeux de sociétés, lire, cuisiner en famille. Les environs sont intéressants à découvrir et donnent l'envie de revenir en été. Les animaux étant autorisés, notre chien a pu aussi profiter de ces petites vacances. Merci pour nous avoir permis d'avoir notre rendez-vous familial annuel réussi.

Nice house and close to lake

Nice house. Loved the layout. Beautiful kitchen and living room with windows facing lake. Spacious. Husband says: great espresso machine! Terrific bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Air conditioning worked well, but would have loved to open all windows instead (don’t open), but there is housing construction next door. With all windows closed, that actually helped a lot keep out construction noise. Should be done in a few months. Kayaks and life jackets all in great shape. Thanks for the stay. It was neat being at the top of Lake Champlain since we have done lake Champlain trips further south. Easy drive to Montreal and up the close by river. Don’t miss nature preserve (up street from house with extension all the way back to lake) and the Fritz Kaiser cheese factory!!

SUPERBE ENDROIT COUR EN PELOUSE DONNANT SUR LA BAIE POUR JOUER ET RELAXER

Facile à réserver avec confirmation rapide sur VRBO. Qualité prix très convenable. Bien situé à 3 minutes à pied du SPA ET GOLF de la Cache du Lac Champlain et leur restos LE GREG (succulent) à 10 minutes à pied petit centre -ville (bonne crémerie) épicerie et WOW 15 minutes à pied de la plage. idéal pour enfant pas beaucoup d’eau peuvent marcher et jouer dans l’eau et le sable en restant près des parents. Jeunes et ado aussi peuvent jouer au volleyball, balle, frizebee etc..dépanneur cantine etc.. possibilité de louer paddleboard, kayak, ponton, voile etc.. faire pique-nique. Un magnifique endroit avec tous les besoins présents pour cuisiner au chalet rien ne manque. Nous avons croisé les propriétaires sympathiques et recevants. Merci pour tout. Ce fut un gros 100 sur 100 👍
