- Architect's house of 170 m², located in the charming village of Ventabren, 15 minutes from Aix en Provence, 35 minutes from Marseille. Marignane airport 20 minutes away and the Arbois TGV station 15 minutes away, including an open plan kitchen, living room, bathrooms, four bedrooms with 8 beds, including a master suite with terrace and private bathroom, linen room, parking for four cars, two of which are under cover, large terraces and garden with trees, infinity pool, children's games. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. Very quiet place with many activities nearby (cultural or outdoor). The village has all the local shops. Note that the garden level is rented year-round, but has no view of the house and the swimming pool
