'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

  • Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful native gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open plan living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

The house is beautiful and me and my friends loved staying here. Bedrooms are comfortable, we enjoyed the DVD selection, and we loved dining outside on the deck. A lovely spot on Phillip Island, a bit quieter than Cowes. Highly recommend!

Only two of us in the end instead of four, which would have slept four comfortably, but can sleep more. Perfect for our needs. Hosts make it easy. Incredibly quiet area. Slept better there than at home.

This cute little cottage was spotless when I arrived. In a peaceful setting, with a lovely big and private garden, and birds everywhere, it’s really well located. Ventnor is far enough away from Cowes to enjoy peace and tranquility and close enough to access all that Cowes has to offer. Florida was the perfect place for us to stay. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The yard and the quality of the fencing was an added bonus because our dog was safe and able to roam around the property off lead. We would love to come and stay again in the future.
