I think I expected to Much from the hotel and got disappointed with my stay. Not sure if I’ll ever go bk or recommend to friends and family. Everything seem like an issue. I had just loss my mom and the staff being so rude to me when needing help didn’t help. At pool side service sucked idk if it was a color thing but I felt ignored when I wanted to ask a question to order and the lady told me i needed to wait for someone else instead of exactly trying to see what i wanted. I was disappointed with my stay but had to make best of it especially because I Los’s my mom on trip n was had to head bk to NY for funeral. My experience with the hotel didn’t make my stay better sorry to say.
