The spacious open-plan living area seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and outdoor entertaining spaces, creating the perfect setting for spending quality time together. Furnished with a comfortable four-seater sofa, large ottoman, and two armchairs, there's plenty of room to relax, socialise, and enjoy great company.

Second Living Area
A second lounge offers a quiet retreat with a 65-inch Smart TV and a fold-out queen sofa bed for additional guests. Families will also find a selection of toys, games, and puzzles stored in the TV unit for children to enjoy.
A reverse-cycle heating and cooling system services the entire home, ensuring year-round comfort. The home's modern insulation keeps it warm during winter and cool throughout summer.

Kitchen
The well-appointed modern kitchen features a large stone island bench that flows naturally into the dining and living areas. Whether you're preparing a family meal or enjoying a leisurely breakfast, there's plenty of space for everyone to gather.
A new Breville coffee machine and complimentary coffee beans are provided to help start your mornings right, while a selection of teas is available for tea lovers. Essential cooking staples are also supplied for your convenience.

Master Bedroom
