The apartment features 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped for a carefree holiday. You will enjoy air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy living and dining area where you can relax after a day by the sea.

The beautifully maintained resort offers numerous facilities: 4 swimming pools, a padel court, a football field, a playground, and a charming chiringuito where you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in a relaxed holiday atmosphere. From the resort, you can walk directly to the beach and promenade, where you`ll find restaurants, beach bars, and charming chiringuitos. This allows you to leave the car behind.

The beach is literally on your doorstep: simply walk out of the resort and your feet are in the sand. Whether you`re spending the day by the pool, enjoying the beach, exploring the local area, or relaxing in the garden with a glass of wine, this is the perfect place to create unforgettable holiday memories in sunny Vera Playa. 🌴🏖️☀️

We place great importance on providing a warm and personal welcome. That is why we will personally greet you upon arrival, hand over the keys, and gladly show you the apartment and the resort facilities.

During your stay, we remain available for any questions or assistance and are happy to share tips on restaurants, beaches, excursions, and enjoyable activities in the area. We do everything we can to ensure that your stay is as pleasant and carefree as possible.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but is allowed in the outdoor areas. Pets are not allowed.

CHECK-IN
To provide every guest with a warm and personal welcome, we work with fixed check-in times between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Please arrange your preferred arrival time with us in advance and kindly respect the agreed check-in time as much as possible. Your host will wait up to 30 minutes after the agreed arrival time.

If you are not present within this period, we will gladly arrange a new check-in time, subject to our availability. Please note that an additional service fee may apply if an extra trip by our host is required.

Aanvullende huisregels

* Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan in het appartement.
* Een babybedje is beschikbaar op aanvraag.
* Respecteer de rust van de residentie en houd rekening met de buren, vooral tijdens de avond- en nachturen.
* Feesten, evenementen en luidruchtige bijeenkomsten zijn niet toegestaan.
* Roken is niet toegestaan binnen in het appartement, ook niet op het terras van het appartement.
* Gelieve zorgvuldig om te gaan met het appartement, de inrichting en de gemeenschappelijke faciliteiten.
* Laat het appartement bij vertrek netjes achter en meld eventuele schade of problemen zo snel mogelijk.
* Enkel het aantal gasten vermeld in de reservering mogen in het appartement verblijven.

CHECK-IN:
Om al onze gasten een warme en persoonlijke ontvangst te kunnen bieden, werken wij met vaste check-in tijden tussen 15.00 en 20.00 uur. Gelieve uw gewenste aankomstuur vooraf met ons af te spreken en het afgesproken tijdstip zoveel mogelijk te respecteren. Uw host wacht tot 30 minuten na het afgesproken aankomstuur.

Bent u niet aanwezig binnen deze periode, dan plannen wij – afhankelijk van onze beschikbaarheid – graag een nieuw check-in moment in. Houd er rekening mee dat hiervoor een extra servicekost (€20) van toepassing kan zijn indien een extra verplaatsing van onze host nodig is.

Een vroegere check-in (vóór 15.00 uur) of een latere check-in (na 20.00 uur) is mogelijk op aanvraag, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid van de accommodatie, onze planning en de planning van de schoonmaak. Hiervoor kan een extra servicekost van €20 van toepassing zijn.
