Nice apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, on the ground floor, terrace with access to the urbanization garden and east facing. Air conditioning with heat pump, ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY 2/4 PEOPLE
Vera Colina Urbanization, 1000 meters from the naturist beach and 1500 meters from the non-naturist beach.
The Urbanization has:
- Summer pool
- Barbecue
- Garden and walking areas
- swings
In the surroundings of the urbanization you will find a Water Park, Gym, Tennis and Paddle Courts, sailing school, diving center, motorized ultralight aero club, equestrian club, mini-car track, fishing club and fishing activities and scuba diving.
There are 5 golf courses within a 30 km radius. Numerous restaurants, ice cream parlors and beach bars. Protected wetlands for bird watching and coves with clean and crystal clear water ideal for snorkelling for fish and marine life observation.
Excellent communications, five minutes from the A-7 motorway that connects Vera with Almería, the rest of Andalusia, Murcia, Alicante and Madrid. Half an hour from Almería Airport and a few minutes from the Garrucha and Villaricos Sports Ports. Since 2007 there is a new highway that connects Vera with Cartagena and La Manga del Mar Menor.
