Es stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um eine heruntergekommende Anlage und besonders das Apartment in einer ungünsigen Position ohne Grün und wenig Sonneneinstrahlung handelte. "Had a wonderful time here. Very spacious and well laid out. Nice patio area and great roof terrace. Right near the great sized pool and garden area. Short walk to brilliant beach and nice bars/restaurants. It is about 15 minute walk into the town of Garrucha which has plenty of shops & bars. Would highly recommend this property and will most likely stay there again ourselves."

"When we arrived at the location we struggled to find it as from the road the property looked abandoned. Once keys were handed over and we had a look around the villa does have lots of great character and the potential to be a fantastic holiday home but it does require a LOT of TLC.
