"The Room Service was pretty much non-existent. They said they always had a 40-minute wait. I gave up on them for the trip. The restaurants were very limited, and the food was just ok. Some of the staff seemed like they needed more training. The resort is dated. The AC did work though and we never went hungry. The staff was nice."

"pros: The view from my oceanview room was spectacular. The room is average. Furniture and decor outdated. The beach is virtually unuseable. You cannot swim in it and I walked on it and got bit up by mosquitos or something else. Property is isolated. Nothing to do nearby. For the price, I would not return."

Despite providing advance notice due to an international flight cancellation, the property refused any refund or reasonable consideration. After spending over $4,000, this level of service and inflexibility is unacceptable."

"The condo was comfortable furnished and had a nice view of the beach. To access the beach it is necessary to buy a pass from the adjacent club. It is very shallow and not really suitable for swimming. The heavy traffic across the bridge of the Americas made each visit to Panama City a time consuming excursion. Communication with the owners was easy. "

"Its a quiet safe area. The staff and iwner qent way out of their way for me. I like not having a television. They may have in other rooms IDK. Its a quick short taxi ride in/out of Old Town. Vwry safe residential area. Big beautiful homes and yards."

She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too.
