"We were provided 2 rooms for 5 people and both were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent, steps from the ferry and waterfront. The breakfast was well curated and much appreciated by everyone in our group. Thank you!"

"The view is unmatched!! There is an amazing panoramic view..That staff despite the language difference were helpful especially the shuttle to the down town area and waitress.. it was her first day and she was very helpful and efficient. The front desk women, who also was the shuttle person was very helpful.The rooms are very European but efficient.. the view from our room was less attractive than my sister. But beautiful. Be mindful that it is an old building and there is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow. The beds look uncomfortable but were comfortable .. Despite our disappointment of non updated rooms we completely enjoyed our visit to the bed and breakfast.. "

"Great location, right outside the ferry/view. The staff were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond. We were able to check in a little earlier than usual, have breakfast prepared by staff to-go when we had to leave early, get a taxi scheduled for us when the ferries got cancelled, etc etc. hands down would book again!"

"Lovely three day stay in Menaggio where we really enjoyed the hotel. The property sits on the water and a sweet square, full of life, dog walking and beautiful views. Hotel Du Lac is like an inn, with a small coffee cafe restaurant on property. Everything we had there was wonderful, and the view of the lake and activity on the walkway was lovely. Special thanks to employee Faisal who was patient with me when I called being"lost" at another property of the same name in another lake town. He was kind, got us on the right ferry and welcomed us when we arrived at the front desk. He also was our server for a quick lunch upon arrival, and we felt well taken care of. Overall a quiet little town, not as crowded as some of the more known towns, and we highly recommend the town and Hotel Du Lac."
