Erholung pur in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten 2 Wochen in idyllischer Lage direkt am See (50-60 m). Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber B. und S., die für uns immer ansprechbar waren und mit guten Tipps versorgt haben. Der nächste Supermarkt ist zwar erst in Demmin, jedoch gibt es einen Bistro in ca. 300m Entfernung und meist auch an den vielen tollen Campingplätzen rund um den See. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren mit dem Rad, SUP oder Boot.

Im Sommer bestimmt schön

Ich wollte mit Hund der Knallerei entgehen - ist mir gelungen. Wer Lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil - alles mitbringen. Bettzeug, Handtücher, Salzstreuer, Zuckerdose...alles mitbringen. Haus und Hardware alles komplett. Für Bewegungseingeschränkte und Leute mit "Rücken" ungeeignet. Die Treppe nach oben(schlimmer nach unten) ist wirklich recht steil und die Betten/Matratzen werden bei der letzten Sanierung Anfang der 2000er reingekommen sein. Insgesamt kein unangenehmer Urlaub.

Urlaub in Verchen

Die Gegend war schön, wir haben die ruhe genossen. Die sauberkeit der Unterkunft ließ zu wünschen übrig, auch wenn die Unterkunft einfach gestrickt war und die möbel schon älter waren sollte es doch trotzdem sauber sein. Kaffeemaschine war nicht gerade einladend genauso wie der Wasserkocher. Am Boden war schon Sand bevor wir einmal drinnen waren. Überwiegend Staubflusen, Das Geschirr musste man vor der benutzung erstmal spülen.Leider setzte gleich am zweiten Tag das WLAN aus, was sehr ärgerlich war, da ich die ruhe und die abende für Berufliche Arbeiten am PC nutzen wollte was somit nicht ging, abhilfe wurde erst am letzten Abend geschaffen was mir nichts mehr nutzte. Das Bett ist sehr unbequem. Die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen ist sehr steil und nach vorne fallend, man muss schon sehr aufpassen das man da nicht fällt. Wenn man im dunkeln zu Ferienwohnung geht am Abend, gibt es kein Licht dorthin, also Taschenlampe mitnehmen, da der Weg auch sehr uneben ist.

Für Familien mit Kleinkindern leider überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert, da keine Sicherheit für die kleinen gewährleistet ist. Beispielsweise Treppenschutz, Steckdosenschutz, Aussengelände schlecht einsehbar.

Der Empfang und die Wohnungsbetreuung waren topp! Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich, sauber und gemütlich. Besser als auf den Bildern. Einzig Rollos fehlen an zwei der oberen Dachfenster, da wäre Nachrüsten schön und angebracht. Wir wollen gerne wieder kommen.

schnuckeliges Objekt

Super Lage sehr freundlicher Empfang die Betten waren nicht gerade bequem leicht brüchig und alles ist sehr klein gehalten. die Treppe ist auch gewöhnungsbedürftig,ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen denn der Preis ist angemessen in Ordnung

Das Objekt ist offenbar ein ausgebautes Nebengebäude als Doppelhaushälfte vermietet. Vor der Tür ist ein kleines Rechteck mit mannshoher Hecke begrenzr, wo ein Tisch, 4 Stühle und ein Grill stehen. Dort wünschte man sich etwas mehr Platz. Die Obere Etage heizt sich bei Sonnenschein sehr auf. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war eine Badewanne zum Duschen ohne Halterung für den Duschkopf und ohne Haltegriff zum Aussteigen. Schön war die direkte Nähe zum See und die Umgebung. Wir sind Kanu gefahren, gewandert und geradelt und alles war herrlich.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig...

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig eingerichtet ,für 2 bis4 Personen ausreichend .Aber eines sollte man mal ansprechen für die Zukunft , mir ist es sehr aufgstoßen und zwar das man nach jeder Vermietung die Kopfkissen und Decken austauscht oder zumindest maldurchwäscht.Es gibt Leute die schwitzen mehr oder weniger. Reisetipps: Einkaufsmöglichkeit leider erst in Demmin.Als gutes Restaurant ist die im Ort befindliche Strandmuschel . Natürlich nicht zu vergessen die berühmte Aalbude . Hundestand auch sehr top , wie auch der normale Strand . Auch wer Unternehmungen mit dem Rad durchführt , sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit 2 SZ mit 2 Doppelbetten, was wir nicht immer finden können.Gut ausgestattete Küche, so dass es sich auch lohnt zu KochenWir hatten Schwierigkeiten mit dem Öffnen der Dachfenster im OG, aber es waren schöne ruhige Tage am KummerowerSee, der nur 100m entfernt ist Reisetipps: Bahnhofsanreise bis Dämmen mal; dort auch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeitenansonsten viiiiiil Ruhe :–)

Es fehlten Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, Trockentücher.Ein Schlafzimmerfenster konnte man nicht öffnen.Mit Hund super Spaziergänge möglich.Dorf menschenleer, große Entfernung zum Supermarkt.Uns hat es trotzdem gefallen. Reisetipps: Greifswald und Stralsund muss man besucht haben.
