Mar de Coral

Semi-detached villa, very well maintained, with capacity for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Small private plot fully fenced, with two terraces. Communal facilities with communal swimming pool. At 1km from the sandy beach and 270 m from the nearest supermarket. The villages of Els Poblets, Vergel and Ondara, all with good infrastructure, are 5 minutes away. Dénia is 11 km away.
 
Ground floor: 1 bathroom, living-dining room, separate fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and terraces. 1st floor: double bedroom (135cm) with balcony, 1 bedroom with single bed,  1 bedroom with trundle bed and bathroom with bathtub. It also has a basement floor with additional beds on request. The bungalow is fully equipped, with air conditioning hot/cold in the living room and double bedroom, washing machine, microwave, internet wifi, TV with Spanish, German, French and other channels. Terrace furniture and sun loungers.
 
The region of Denia on the Costa Blanca is an ideal place to spend your holidays. Mild Mediterranean climate, long sandy beaches and beautiful mountain scenery. Dénia offers a great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, not forgetting its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have possibilities for all tastes, areas to practice different sports, surfing, sailing ...., beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves. Dénia is situated in the middle of Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities are only one hour and ten minutes away by car. In 20 min., maximum one hour, you can visit other places on the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante in the south and Oliva, Gandia, Valencia in the north. In the area you can also find 2 golf courses, Oliva Nova Golf at 9 and La Sella at 13 km. In addition, very close to the house there are several restaurants and a gym with indoor swimming pool and tennis courts.For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water and electricity according to consumption.
