Our modern holiday home in Dénia, built in 2020, is located just 680 m from the fine sandy Playa Deveses beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca. The bright and elegant house offers two bedrooms with comfortable single beds, two modern bathrooms with showers, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven and coffee maker.
Two sunny terraces – one for breakfast in the morning sun, the other with stunning views of the Serra de Segària – invite you to relax. Air conditioning, shutters, mosquito screens, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi (600 MB fiber) and a large communal pool ensure maximum comfort.
A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. Supermarkets, restaurants and leisure facilities are just a few minutes away. Whether swimming, golfing, hiking or exploring, this holiday home on the Costa Blanca is the perfect place for a relaxing and sunny stay in Spain.
