"Breakfast was good not great "

"Hotel did smell good in general. Rooms were clean but did need some general maintenance. Our shower filled up with water as the drain was clogged and the vanity faucet was loose and our door going in and out of room was tough to open but other than that our room for money spent was worth it. Extremely quiet at night and did not hear people talking in hallways. Loved how they had room cleaned and beds made and fresh towels everyday. Most hotels we have stayed in lately do not offer that service so I was very glad to have that especially coming home late after a long day visiting New York City. Overall if in the area again I would stay again. "

"What a complete and utter lack of customer service and accommodation by this property. First on this booking: Had to extend a friend who was staying Saturday night, Booked this room at 9am and got confirmation. My friend's reservation was to extend with the new one. Front desk locked him out after shift change. They could not find the reservation and deactivated his keys. He returned at 6pm in panic. The front desk manager Ken was accomodating and let him take a brief nap while he sorted out the confusion. Ken also gave him a new room as my friend had issues with the last room. Besides Ken the Front Desk team is rude and curt and ignorant. Had issues Friday and Saturday with another reservation. Family who owns property is great but their 2 staff members Friday morning and Saturday evening are incompetent and nasty."

"The room is small but fairly clean. I didn’t see any stains anywhere. Bathroom has a nice size, no closet. Small cabinet with a mini fridge and tv, so the side. The staff were super nice and gave cookies when checking in. The shuttle bus was supposed to run from 9 to 9 but stopped at 5pm (the driver had left). I didn’t get to try the breakfast but they have tea and coffee in the lobby. Sugar, milk is on the table. If you don’t like the coffee, there’s dunkin and Starbucks nearby. The view is lackluster, I was looking at the highway for the most part and parking lot. Must go’s are the outlet malls which is a 10 minute drive with the stoplights. Parking is almost impossible."

"The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business! "
