The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel welcome—offering a warm greeting, a complimentary drink, and even helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. They did a room change for us our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from my window was breathtaking The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of exceptional—fresh pastries, croissants, fruits, etc made-to-order omelets, and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and tea . Service was consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff.❤️❤️❤️🙏👏👏👏👏👏Every interaction felt genuine, warm, and personalized. They anticipated my needs, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. This was, without question, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be returning—and recommending it to anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. A true gem."

"This was our second visit. You can't beat the location in Paris and the service. Breakfast was a plus, and good and filling enough that we often could skip lunch in favor of a great dinner out. If we are lucky enough to make another Paris trip, we will stay here for sure."
