All Front desk staff are extremely helpful. Two male staff helped with train directions to Paris on Saturday morning, how to purchase full day transit card etc.

Excellent location, an easy 20 minute walk to the Palace of Versailles and a few minutes from the RER L train station. Room was clean and with all usual facilities. Breakfast quite sufficient. Staff friendly and helpful. Despite having a 24-hour reception, the confirmation email said checkin stops at midnight and you have to call for late arrivals after 8pm - but when I called, the staff didn't seem to know anything about this, they stated that reception was open 24 hours.

The hotel is well-located and has parking (which was important for us to secure the rented car). The breakfast was OK but expensive for the food options they had. The staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, they gave us the room behind the Elevator and it was noisy until midnight. The walk to Versailles is 15 minutes, there are many restaurant options around the hotel.

Nice property, clean, well maintained and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Parking can be a bit of a challenge.

We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. We could walk to a lot of cute little restaurants and were close to the metro so we could get to all the sights we wanted to see. The bathroom was huge :)

Good location
This hotel worked out very well for us. The room and bathroom were clean but very small. The location was great…15 minute walk to Versailles Palace and a large market just down the street. Breakfast was good and front desk staff were very helpful.

The reception team was very friendly, and fortunate for us, spoke excellent English to our weaker French. We were given a disabled room, which while a bit larger, lacked storage. The shower had no curtain, so we had to wipe down the toilet and mop the bathroom floor after each shower. Suggest providing extra bath mats for this room. One of us could not connect with the hotel's WiFi on an iPhone 13. This was a significant inconvenience.

Hotel was nice and clean and only 15 minutes walk to the palace. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from, and a Sunday market. Love that they have their own gated parking but spaces were tight! It took me forever to park but I managed. Continental breakfast available.

Staff was extremely helpful on check in, giving us their parking space as they were leaving. The hotel is just around the corner from many restaurants. Room was very clean an up-to-date. Breakfast was great with lots of options, including fresh sliced fruit and warm bread. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay in Versailles
I stayed 3-nights, had one full day visiting the Chateau de Versailles seeing an opera there in the evening. Took a day trip into central Paris the following day. The Chateau and train station are close by. I had a compact single room with nice size bed and good walk in shower. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a lively square full of restaurants just around the corner.

Good hotel as a base for a few days to explore Versaille. Convenient location with selection of restaurants and bars just round the corner. Checked in very late due to flight delay with no problem. Friendly staff. Would recommend
