The property features an unheated outdoor pool. The pool is closed and inaccessible during the winter months and therefore cannot be used during your stay.

The house is ideal for gathering with family or friends during Christmas and New Year’s. Holiday meals and social gatherings are, of course, welcome.

However, the house is not intended for hosting festive parties that may cause disturbances.

Loud music, dance parties, large gatherings, and noise late at night are not permitted.

Since the house is located in a quiet residential area, we ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the area, especially in the evening and at night.

You will have the entire house to yourselves.
