It features a bedroom with a king-size 160x200 bed and relaxation area. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and the toilets are separate for added privacy. A fully-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy your favorite shows on a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. For your comfort, the gîte is fully air-conditioned.

Savor the fresh air from your generously shaded private terrace, equipped with an outdoor lounge and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. The expansive 1200 m² shared garden offers a wonderful panorama of the surrounding mountains. A covered carport is available for your car, and there is also a secure space for your bicycles. A key box is located at the entrance for your convenience.

Nestled in the bucolic setting of Vesseaux, this residence ensures tranquility and picturesque mountain views. Close to the Vesseaux greenway, explore numerous marked trails for cycling or walking excursions. It's the perfect place for a peaceful retreat in harmony with nature.

Committed to an eco-friendly approach, the gîte features water and lighting-saving systems, with part of its electricity provided by solar panels. Enjoy the shared 14 x 7-meter pool, monitored by video and filled with saltwater for a refreshing swim, available from July 1 to October 15. Parking is available, and pets are welcome for an additional fee. To ensure the tranquility of the area, smoking and events are not permitted. With no indoor steps, the gîte allows easy access for all guests.

Excellent séjour, le gîte est idéalement situé par rapport aux spots et balades/randos accessibles dans le coin. Laurence et Tony sont des hôtes charmants, disponibles et aux petits soins. La location etait conforme à l’annonce.

Pros: Le jardin est un réel havre de paix et la piscine est un réel plus lors des fortes chaleurs. Les hôtes sont accueillants et de bons conseils sur les activités aux alentours. Le logement est idéalement placé pour découvrir ce côté de l’Ardèche.
