"No black out drapes and the parking light was so bright it made it hard to sleep. Rude staff at check-in but the two staff after one girl and Dylan this am were nice. I asked for high floor and close to elevators. The clerk stated 1st or 2nd but we got on elevator someone going to 3rd floor who registered after us. I feel like the clerk punished us with our room."

"We stayed in a mobility accessible room, as it was the only kitchenette room available when we booked. The kitchenette has basic pans and silverware, but no glasses, plates, etc. How does a kitchenette in wine country not even have wine glasses or a corkscrew? It has a dish drying rack but no sponge or dish soap. The way the accessible shower is designed, there is barely a lip between the shower floor and bathroom floor and the shower curtain doesn't reach the floor, so the floor floods when you shower. They only provide 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 (!) washcloth. The problem is when you have to use a bath towel or two for the soaked floor, then see the tiny sign on the mirror that says they only replace towels every three days (which actually means they only clean the room every three days. We stayed 4 nights and the room was only cleaned after night 3). We had to ask for extra towels at the front desk. One of the front desk employees was constantly on his phone and never greeted us or even looked up from his phone when we walked through the lobby. He also told us to wait when we wanted to check in because he was teaching a new employee how to do something. The room was pretty gross. The carpet and sofa were fraying on the edges. My wife dropped her airpods under the bed, and it was nasty. Dust, empty water bottles, and dirty tissues. The ceiling light was full of dead bugs. We found someone's insulin pen in the sofa. We will not be staying here again."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options to start the day. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the dining area and the attentive service during breakfast hours."

"House is an easy walk to downtown and with enough distance to be out of the chaos. Close to lovely park for kiddos to get wiggles out. House is as described and has everything you’d need for several nights in Walla Walla. Yard is lovely to hangout in and has perfect shade from the pergola with lights for evening as well. Being able to bring dogs is what puts this house over the top."
