"This is our second time and once again Josh was responsive and thoughtful given we were in need of a place for Christmas Eve. The house was even decorated and nice and cozy for the holidays when we arrived AND he left us a gift of maple syrup, chocolates and a few other goodies for our stay. Having a fenced in yard makes it easy with our dogs and the house is conveniently located in the NEK. We will definitely continue to book here when we need a house to bring our dogs with us. It's well equipped, clean, large, open, and every room has a delightful view of Lake Memphramagog. "We had a lovely stay in the lake house. The owners attention to detail was evident in the amenities, cleanliness and provisions inside and outside. Lake view was amazing.
