"Great location next to trailheads and park and within a few minutes of downtown and Shakespeare Festival, clean, all the basic amenities. Charming cabin style. Communicative host; no complaints! Backyard was great for our two pups; it's shared with a back unit, but in our case we barely saw them and they had no dogs so it was ours whenever we wanted/needed it. Satisfied!"

"We enjoyed 3 nights in Cedar City for the Shakespeare Festival with 2 other couples. We loved the proximity of this property to the theaters which made it very convenient. Since 3 couples were staying at the house, we each wanted to have our own bathroom. This house fit the bill perfectly--plenty of space for each couple and a nice gathering space for meals and games. It might have been a little more money than the community warranted, or that we were expecting, but the space and the convenience to the theater made it worth it.The host did not answer promptly before check-in, but it was explained she was out of the area and did not have great reception. Other than that, she was very responsive.Upon check-out, it was a little annoying that the dishes needed to be washed and put away before leaving. Most properties just ask you to load and start the dishwasher before leaving so their cleaning staff can put them away.The property was well cared for and very clean. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lost track of how many times I have stayed here on my annual visit to the Utah Shakespeare Festival!! Which is steps across the street!! Can't beat the location. Just love it! Always spotlessly clean, stocked with everything you may need and if they don't have it, there are stores nearby! Very comfy with big TV in living room. Good wifi. Always quiet! Cedar City is such a lovely little town, there's Saturday market up the street less than a block away, along with a couple great restaurants too! Was meeting someone at The Pub for brunch, phone said it would take two minutes to walk there ..and it literally took me two minutes! Great brunch there & you can make reservation, handy during festival season. Easy walk from rental up to lovely little downtown area too. Sherie is great to work with too!"
