Just a short stroll from the shops and the lake, it enjoys a privileged location and a beautiful view over the turquoise waters of Lake Annecy. Tastefully renovated in 2025, it combines modern comforts with a warm atmosphere, perfect for a couple or a family break.
The flat comprises
- Bright living room with fitted kitchen and dining area for 4 people. - Living room with sofa, television and access to balcony with lake views. - Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, storage space and access to balcony. - Shower room with WC and washbasin. - Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine (opening onto the living room): one double bed.
Outside : - Double balcony overlooking the lake.
The flat does not have private parking. You can park on the street (blue zones) or in the school's underground car park (blue zones).
Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.

Transport : - The regular SIBRA 20 bus routes, with a stop located close to the flat, make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (around 15 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, the flat has no private parking spaces. You can park in the street (blue zones) or in the school's underground car park (blue zones).
