    - Office area, ideal for teleworking or reading.

    - 20 m² terrace with furniture: table and chairs for 6 people, deckchairs, and splendid panoramic view of the lake.

    - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
    - If you choose to come by car, a parking space is available in the residence car park.
