Situated on the ground floor of a villa which is itself available to let, this modern and stylish 32 m² furnished studio is ideally situated at the foot of Mont Veyrier, on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, with a unique view of the lake.

This accommodation is offered exclusively under a ‘mobilité’ tenancy agreement – a furnished tenancy contract lasting between 1 and 10 months – reserved for people in situations of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placements, professional assignments or transfers, etc.). Signing the tenancy agreement is mandatory in order to access the accommodation.
Once you have made your booking, you will be asked to provide the following documents to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for mobility, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed).
Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents. If the tenancy agreement is not signed and the required supporting documents are not provided, access to the property cannot be granted.

- If you choose to travel by car, you’ll have access to two covered parking spaces and one uncovered space.
