"Good position. Everithing was close - supermarket, ski lift, bakery,...only parking place is far away. Appartment has a nice big terras with beautiful view. From the description of the appartment it was not clera that we don"t have one parking place included in the price. So we were surprised that we have to park on public parking place and pay for it. Parking place was far away from the house,but the price was acceptable."

"Ce logement situé au sein de l'immeuble ski paradise, proche de l'office du tourisme et des télécabines, offre tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour: équipement complet, commodités et une splendide vue sur la vallée. Sa situation est idéalement située à côté de la bisse de Vex ce qui permet de démarrer des balades paisibles mais rien ne vous empêche de vous lancer dans les pentes vers Thyon et sa région. Il serait dommage de ne pas citer l'accompagnement de l'équipe...

"La taille de l’appartement et son emplacement. L’écoulement de la douche qui déborde. Le nombre de couverts très insuffisant et qui oblige à faire des machines tous les jours. Une seule lumière blanche dans la pièce principale très peu agréable. Pas de cuillère doseur à café. Comment ce fait il qu’il n’y ait pas de chauffage dans le local à ski ce qui oblige à monter les chaussures dans l’appartement ? Insonorisation des descentes d’eau des appartements à l’étage supérieur."

Casier à ski au pied des pistes et 2 places de parking couvertes à 300m (limitées à 2m en hauteur, attention aux coffres de toit). Très beau séjour à Veysonnaz ! Appartement dans son jus, mériterait un petit rafraichissement. Casier à ski trop petit si vous venez à 8 personnes."

"Self check in, was not English friendly. Works after figuring it out . Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Nobody there to ask anything. There is no parking and we parked down the street at a public garage. Breakfast was amazing. Id recommended getting the check in done before arriving and plan on parking down the road"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, elegant, and offers everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. What truly makes it exceptional, however, is the staff. Every member of the team showed genuine dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding across every part of the hotel. Breakfast was another highlight—beautifully presented, with an excellent variety of high-quality options that should satisfy almost every guest. My only comments concern the room. The view from the premium lake-view room felt more limited than I expected, especially considering the significant price difference. In addition, the air conditioning was not operating during my stay. I understand that the local climate is generally cool, but I still found the room uncomfortably warm until around midnight, and unfortunately the air conditioning did not help at all. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with remarkable service, and I would gladly return. With improvements to the room climate control and clearer expectations regarding the views, the experience would be close to perfect."

"We had a fantastic time here. The staff went above and beyond, and the on-site restaurant was a real highlight — genuinely excellent food and service that made the trip. The views are spectacular and worth the visit on their own. A couple of practical notes for future guests. The hot tub runs cooler than what we're used to in the US — I'd estimate around 90–95°F — so if you like it piping hot, just set your expectations accordingly. It's still lovely, just more of a warm soak than a hot one. Also, it's a bit of a walk from the train station. That was totally manageable in summer, but I'm honestly not sure how it would go in snow. If you're visiting in winter, I'd check with the property beforehand about whether they run a shuttle — worth verifying before you book. Internet was usable for email, did not try a video call. None of this took away from a truly great stay. We'd happily return."
