"Chose this B & B as it was close to the Canal du Nivernais and had good reviews. I was not disappointed. I was the only guest but was offered a 3 course evening meal - very good. Room was clean and quiet, had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and fresh croissants. Little gem of a place. Recommended"

"The whole property is so peaceful and clearly a labour of love - our room (Granit) was huge and beautifully decorated. The pool is large and the views are amazing. Madeleine was very helpful at check in but we had our privacy the rest of the time. We highly recommend a stay here."

"Séjour entre amis à vélo le long du canal du Nivernais . Étape proche du canal , à 3 km de Clamecy où se trouvent tous les commerces et un très joli centre ville autour d’une belle église . En revanche pas de restauration sur place en dehors du petit déjeuner . Nous avons commandé des bocaux , moyens et chers .. excellent séjour . Joli lieu , piscine chauffée .. "

"Very cute, comfratable, large room, good water pressure/temperature, the shower-tub combo was perfect. I would stay here again. However, the check in isn't right on Hotels.com. It says that you have to contact the property for check in instructions and lists a phone number. It took us multiple attempts to reach the hotel, and when we did get through they said they didn't speak English and hung up (the listing says they speak English and French). When we got there, the gate is closed and...
