"Excellent property in all aspects. Albana and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect right in the heart of Riva del Garda. Parking was so accessible and secure. Room upgrade was an absolute bonus. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Riva del Garda. I would stay here again shld I return. 10+ stars "

"Paramos uma noite para descansar no Trento antes de seguir para as Dolomites. Fica localizado em um local que parece um shopping, com várias opções práticas. Única questão é que tem somente um banheiro e estava com o chão sujo, mas era confortável, tranquilo e com uma vista bonita. "

"The location is amazing. The get into the apartments you walk through between the tables of a nice restaurant, in the bustling historic centre of Riva. The apartments is on the third floor. We had heavy suitcases which were hard to carry upstairs. The apartment is nice and comfortable but not amazing. Most other apartments we stayed in had some salt, sugar and other basic foods. This one had nothing. The staff at Happy Holiday Homes was responsive and helpful."

"Boendet låg väldigt centralt i gamla delen av Riva del Garda. Det som inte funkade bra var informationen om incheckningen från hotels. Det stod att man skulle ringa till boendet minst 24 timmar innan men numret som avgavs var ogiltigt. Vi fick fråga oss runt när vi kom dit och till slut kunde en servitör på restaurangen i byggnaden förklara för oss att det var Happyrentels som lämnade ut nycklarna. Väldigt dåligt informerat tyckte vi."
