Very large modern apartment with 3 fronts, all furnished and equipped (with kitchen utensils and cookware, microwave and oven, orthopedic mattresses, towels, sheets and cable TV), green spaces around the building, plenty of natural light and an excellent sun exposure, next to a pine forest and the beach (blue flag, with dunes protected by walkways - Praia da Amorosa) and the local swimming pool and gym (Amorosa Club 300 meters).
Following Amorosa beach (towards Viana do Castelo) we find Rodanho beach where you can practice nudism. Finally we find Cabedelo beach for wind sports enthusiasts, especially Windsurf and Kitesurf, also widely frequented by practitioners of other water sports, such as Surf and Bodyboard.
Amorosa is 5 kilometers from Viana do Castelo.
30 minutes by car you can reach Ponte de Lima and Barcelos, 40 minutes from Braga and by ferry, 50 minutes from Guimarães and 60 minutes from Porto airport,
It is advisable to have a means of transport, as Amorosa is served by few public transport.

Casa ampla, com bons quartos e óptima sala. Proporcionou uma boa semana de férias. Deveria estar melhor servida em relação aos utensílios de cozinha, principalmente panelas, pois não possui panelas de dimensões suficientes para cozinhar para 7 pessoas...

A FUIR Appartement trop humide et mal entretenu, et caution conservée abusivement

Fuyez cette location malgré les autres bons avis, qui datent tous de plus de 3 ans... Nous avons loué en août 2022 et l'expérience fut catastrophique. Le logement est beaucoup trop humide et très mal entretenu, et la propriétaire est malhonnête. Tout l'appartement sentait l'humidité, les placards et le linge de maison empestaient le renfermé, il était impossible de faire sécher son linge dans l'appartement, et le matin toutes les affaires et les draps étaient humides. Nous avons dû aller à la laverie pour sécher le linge à chaque machine, ainsi que les draps et serviettes qui sentaient mauvais et étaient constamment mouillés, malgré une aération permanente et l'utilisation d'un déshumidificateur fourni dans la salle de bain. Également, des traces de moisi tapissaient les murs et les plafonds, ce qui est mauvais pour la santé. De plus, le logement mériterait d'être globalement rafraîchi. Les poignées de porte et les robinets nous sont restés dans la main à plusieurs reprises, on se prenait les pieds dans les seuils de porte décollés... Nous sommes même restés coincés un soir dans une chambre car la porte ne s'ouvrait plus, on a dû démonter la serrure pour sortir ! Elle n'a ailleurs jamais été réparée pendant notre séjour. Le matériel de cuisine et l'électroménager sont vétustes. Enfin, il y avait des problèmes dans la robinetterie de la douche qui était en mauvais état et ne coulait pas toujours très chaud. Nous avons même dû faire intervenir la propriétaire pendant le séjour pour faire remplacer le robinet qui s'était mis à fuir d'un coup. Et pour couronner tout cela, elle a conservé la caution de 100 euros pour le changement du robinet et de la serrure ! Terrible experience, ne vous fiez pas aux jolies photos qui ne montrent pas l'état réel de l'appartement.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und für eine 6 köpfige Familie super ausgestattet. Leider entsprach die Umgebung nicht unseren Erwartungen, insbesondere wenn man kein Auto vor Ort hat. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und sie hat sich immer sofort um alles gekümmert und viele Empfehlungen gegeben.

Appartement idéal

L’appartement est très bien situé en rez-de-chaussée. La propriétaire est très disponible et répond à toutes l’escroquerie questions. L’appartement est spacieux et propre. C’est idéal pour ceux qui veulent la plage (à 600m à pieds) ou découvrir Viana (10 minutes en voiture du centre). Tout est parfait et il y a des commerces à proximité (boulangerie, épicerie et restaurants).

Casa muito acolhedora, grande, limpa, a 5 minutos da praia aconselho a todos que queiram passar uns dias na praia. A cidade é muito acolhedora, calma ideal para umas ferias em familia.

El apartamento es super guapo y limpio. Bien situado. Cerca de la playa y cerca de ciudades y sitios interesantes, como Vigo,Porto,Islas Cies,Santiago de Compostella.... En el barrio puedes encontrar dos supermercados, asique no hay ningunos problemas. Lo puedo recomendar sin ningunas dudas. IREK con familia.

Melhor local de feria que ja tive em Portugal

Venho por este meio dizer em meu nome e em nome dos meus amigos que gostamos muito do apartamento e de ter estado em amorosa. Gostamos também da atenção, carinho e simpatia dos proprietários pois foram muito atenciosos e gentis. Pensamos e esperamos voltar em dezembro pois amorosa é um local muito ideal para se passar umas boas e agradáveis ferias. Os meus cumprimentos e recomendo para que vivam esta experiência de ferias maravilhosa.

Férias 2012

Gostei muito do apartamento, é muito grande e espaçoso! Muito confortável! E acondicionado com tudo o que precisamos. O facto de ser no R/C foi muito vantajoso porque tínhamos 2 crianças e um cãozinho e assim não era necessário estar sempre preocupados com o barulho. A zona também é muito agradável! Gostamos muito das férias!!! Divertidas mas também relaxantes.

Grand appartement très bien situé, proche de la mer et de tout commerce. Bien entretenu et fonctionnel, nous avions serviettes et draps à disposition pour 8 personnes et même deux lits d'appoints. Comme nous étions nombreux, nous avons rencontré un petit problème de séchage de vetements, que nous avons réglé car notre famille résidait à côté. Un sèche linge serait l'idéal. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Férias relaxantes

Em primeiro lugar quero realçar a simpatia e a atenção da proprietária. Quanto ao apartamento este tem muita luz, muito boas áreas e é muito confortável, além do fato de estar muito bem equipado. Situa-se a dois passos da praia. A Amorosa é um lugar bastante calmo e sentimo-nos muito seguros, gozamos umas férias relaxantes e despreocupadas. Aproveitamos para visitar Viana do Castelo, Ponte de Lima e também fomos dar umas voltas de Karting uma vez que este fica muito próximo. Por isso, recomendo vivamente :-)

Óptimas férias

O apartamento é óptimo, muito limpo, espaçoso e com tudo o que é preciso. Éramos três casais e não nos faltou nada, dentro de casa. Muito próximo temos a praia, e todo o tipo de comércio. Durante a nossa estadia fomos a Viana do Castelo, Ponte de Lima e Barcelos (que ficavam muito próximo). Adorámos!
