Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar. Leider ist der Service miserabel. Wir hatten über Ebookers für zwei Nächte gebucht. Zwei Stunden, nachdem wir das Apartement bezogen hatten, warf man uns wieder raus. Begründung: Das Apartement sei bereits an eine andere Familie vermietet worden. Das Vorzeigen unserer Mietbestätigung beeindruckte den Vermieter nicht. Da er keine Alternative fand, mussten wir selbst auf gut Glück suchen - während der Semana Santa kein einfaches Unterfangen. Wir fanden schliesslich in der Agglomeration von Braga - 70 Kilometer entfernt - einen Unterschlupf. Beschämend war auch die Reaktion von Ebookers. "Aus Kulanz" erstattete man uns die Kosten für die Übernachtung. Auf eine Entschuldigung und eine Übernahme der Umtriebe (Fahrtkosten, Autobahngebühren, Mehrkosten Ersatzhotel) warten wir bis heute. Vor diesem Hintergrund können wir die Quinta do Fortunato und Ebookers als Reiseorganisator leider nicht weiterempfehlen - im Gegenteil!
