Hot time in the room
We were there during the heat wave in late June 2019. Room was way to hot, made worse by the heat coming through the wall from the Cheney from the pizza oven below our unit. Made the room even hotter then normal.

Not terrible (not the best) for a cheaper hotel
The receptionist wasn’t super polite. She may have been having a bad day but was kind of right to the point and now very welcoming. The room was not very clean either. The view of the castle was nice and the local area was pleasant.

Reserved deluxe room...got assigned double room directly adjacent to parking lot. We got to hear cars coming and going all night. No A/C...need to open windows in warm weather. With this room we got the added bonus of exhaust fumes from the parking lot. Do NOT assume you will receive the room you reserved. If we had known this is where they would put us, we would have reserved a different hotel. Room was clean. Also, hotel advertises pool....it's 100 meters down the road at another hotel. This is deceptive advertising and blatant misrepresentation...the pool photos should be removed.

Nice hotel
We stayed here for 2 nights on the last leg of a motorbike trip to Germany. The room was large, clean and modern. The room was on the warm side with no air conditioning, however, there was a fan provided. The food in the restaurant was good and breakfast was a continental style buffet. Plenty of parking for bikes in the car park at the back of the hotel. The pool was actually in a sister hotel just up the road so we didn't use it.

Very nice!
Absolutely beautiful room in a gorgeous little town! So close to Vianden Castle. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was that the room was a little stuffy, and there was no air conditioner. Other than that, it was a great experience. We look forward to coming back again!!

Fantastic location with decent pizza.
Would have liked a complementary coffee or coffee facilities. The pillows in our room were very very uncomfortable. The room was dated. The hotel location was great right beside the river. The staff were pleasant.

Nice hotel and restaurant
This place was great - nice room, two restaurants, both good. Only two problems, ask for a room away from the alley behind the hotel because early morning traffic can be noisy, and while the beds were comfortable, the pillows were awful. Be sure to go ahead and have breakfast, it was awesome!

Hotel petry
It was a good stay with a warm reception but was very difficult to park the car and the hotel weren't very helpful . The room was fine and the ensuite was clean and of good size. Their pizzas are excellent.

Reasonable hotel in excellent location
Hotel room was fair size,clean,comfortable and well equipped. Evening meal was very good but the restaurant was busy and service appalling.Reserved table had not been cleaned and lot's of flies had gathered around dirty plates. Table not wiped till staff asked to do so Location excellent and highly recommended.Could walk to lot's of places,bars, restaurants etc

Great hotel in beautiful location
Hotel was lovely with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Onsite carpark was small but overflow parking was only 200 metres away. No aircon, but powerful tower fan provided.

Staff were all helpful & friendly. A very pretty town but very touristic and all the restaurants had basically the same simple menu and pricing. Had hoped to get an interesting 'set menu' dinner with dishes of the day for a good price but the set menu did not appeal to us. There was a good set meal at nearby Grand Hotel but it was more courses than we wanted that day. Town was quiet in April but in high season probably very crowded. The breakfast was very good and big choice of things but not included in the room rate. Had expected we would find a simple cheaper breakfast at nearby cafe but there none!

Nice Town, Nice Hotel
This was a great hotel in a quaint town. Everything in town is within walking distance, the pizza in the hotel's restaurant tasted great. If you're looking to visit a place in Luxembourg, then Vianden is a good choice and you won't be disappointed with this hotel.

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Exceptional value for the cost. I would like to have had time to stay longer and enjoy the hidden jewel. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful location under a beautiful castle. Room very spacious and clean. We even had a large balconey. Pizza in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced as stated in many tripadvisor reviews. Would love to visitvthe lovely town of Vianden again.

Positiv war vor allem das nette und freundliche, international vielsprachige Personal im Restaurationsbetrieb, die geradezu hervorragende Küche, die guten Weine und das nette und kompetente Hotelpersonal Negativ das zu kleine Zimmer und die große Wärmepumpe vor dem Fenster, die glücklicherweise nicht lief. Insgesamt sehr sauber und wirklich sehr gutes Personal, sehr engagiert im Service für den Gast.

Hotel 4 étoiles qui a besoin d' un coup de jeune, pas de bouilloire ou cafetière dans la chambre (ils vous font payer si vous demandez un thé pour la chambre...), la piscine est à quelques mètres de l’hôtel. Personnel peu présent dans l 'hôtel.

Accomodatie was prima.en voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Het personeel was vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Accomodatie ligt op een mooie plek aan het water midden in het dorp. Het avondeten was zeer goed en een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
