"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

The host was was accommodating and responsive as we booked last minute, though they sent instructions for through a variety of online sources including WhatsApp, Gmail and Vikey for check in so difficult look through for the check in directions if you are rushing, which we were. "The apartment was well outfitted for however long you need to stay. We didn’t use all the appliances, but it had a washer and dryer, fridge, oven, etc. We stayed for 2 nights and it was clean and comfortable and easy to check-in. Communication was good, and it was a great location in Old Town Modena close to lots of restaurants and a 20 min walk from the train. Our only complaint is that the water pressure in the bathroom (shower and sink) is very very low."

"My only complaint is that there are no shelves or surfaces to place items like shampoo, soaps, toothpaste, etc in the bathrooms, even in the shower. Otherwise the property is very nice."

"What made this place so terrific was not the facilities, but Roberto and Claudia, the owners. They went out if their way to show us the wine production and surrounding area. They went above and beyond to help us with their pharmacy and anything else we needed. They made it our home. Scandiano is a delightful community. It was hard to believe based on the style in the shops that is was a farming town."

De la documentation est à disposition ce qui permet de se situer et programmer des visites rapidement. Le parc est bien entretenu et permet de se délasser à l'ombre des arbres. "Maravillosa estancia con una zona de recreo enorme con barbacoas, ping pong, árboles frutales, mesas, zona de juegos infantil y súper cómodo para personas con perros. La amabilidad de los dueños te hace sentirte en tu propia casa. Totalmente recomendable en una zona poca explotada turísticamente con muchas cosas que aportar: Módena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, gastronomía italiana auténtica. Para volver una y otra vez."
