"Gianni a entendu ma demande d'une place de parking puisque je suis une personne à mobilité réduite et il a pris l'initiative de me donner une chambre en rez de chaussée. Cela s'appelle être au service et à l'écoute de sa clientèle, un grand merci !
Il a discuté volontiers avec moi, c'est tellement mieux qu'une boîte à clé !
Allez-y sans crainte, surtout si vous aimez le calme."

"Very good and quiet place to stay. Located near the center and to the main shops area. Not so far from town entrance/exit. Personnel always kind and available for any info. "

"If you want to experience the life and landscape in the Appenines, this is a beautiful place. Experience an old family house, feel the history, the atmosphere of the house, and a marvelous host. It is very quiet and beautiful, away from the busyness of the cities. Nice trails or drives to go on."

"Our stay here was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine kindness that we instantly felt at home. The host goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, and that warmth really defines the whole experience.
The place itself feels like a dream of the Italian countryside — peaceful, authentic, and full of life. Waking up to the sounds of birds and being surrounded by nature created such a relaxing and magical atmosphere. At the same time,...

"Great property and owner. Need a car to get around or use taxis. Great location if you want to visit Modena, Parma and Bologna but dont want to stay in the center of any of them. Close to Ferrari, Lamborghini, all sites."

"The most wonderful property and beautiful scenery of all our trip to Emilia Romana. Francesca and her husband GianMarco and family, owners and hosts of Villa Messori, know how to feel guests at home.
We won’t hesitate to stay there again in the future."

"Great hotel, great staff, let down by the fact that there is a limited variety of food available after breakfast through the evening. No sit down evening meal menu available."
"The room was tiny but very clean. We had a double room, 2 twin beds on one side and a double bed on the other and connected by a bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful and they made many offerings for 3 of us who are celiacs!"
"Lovely hotel with a great swimming pool. It was our second time there and the staff were still as friendly and helpful as we remembered. Manuel was great and really helped us as we were checking out and searching for a restaurant for lunch. The only downside was the dinner at the hotel - in a region where the food is exceptional the food fell short. We didnt have breakfast but the buffet did look good. Would be nice to go back for a third visit!"
"The rooms were clean and nice but our non- smoking room often smelled smoky. The bed was very hard and I had to sleep on a comforter.
Otherwise, hotel was nice with good location."
"Staff were super friendly and helpful. They had kindly upgraded my room for free but meant it didn’t have the sofa bed that I needed for my son but they quickly sorted it out and moved us. Hotel is a good location for walking to the city centre and train station. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the level of the breakfast. For the price (I didn’t get it included in my room rate) the selection was good but I struggled to equate it to the cost. Otherwise the hotel was good."
