"Nice breakfast variety and location to the French Quarter was convenient if you’re in shape and can handle the heat and humidity. My mom and I are not in shape and the humidity was hard for us to walk the .4 to the French quarter so do be mindful of that and have proper sun coverage, fan, hydration and walking shoes. I was unexpectedly charged with valet parking for the two nights but we just walked and took an uber so I don’t understand how they verify the right people and their right room number. The receptionist said she’ll take it off for now while they investigate but I had to catch a flight out so now I’m annoyed I need to keep monitoring my credit card charges. "

"My room was given away right in front of my own eyes as a "complimentary" upgrade. This resulting in me not getting the room I was expecting when I knew it was available. The staff first tried to blame it on me, then I spoke with the supervisor who then got upset with his employee as it was entirely their fault. All they did was compliment me a breakfast. "
