"It was nice stay. Everything was in great shape."

"Room was clean.Parking was ok. Staff was helpful. Television did not work well. Also there was not a remote in the room to use the tv. had to get assistance from the desk for that. No hand soap in the soap dispenser. No alarm clock and no desk phone, so if we did not have a cell phone it would have been difficult to set an alarm and contacting the main desk or more importantly the 911 emergency line for issues."

"Room was clean but had a smell that’s hard to explain. I believe it came from whatever they were pumping in the air. The breakfast was fair given that the so called omelettes were always cold. Had biscuits and gravy one day out of four. As far as the staff, one person was polite while one was not happy when I asked for housekeeping. Told me they only do housekeeping every three days since COVID. She seemed upset to have someone take care of my room. For $500, I expect a little more customer service."

"No ironing board in room and when I asked for one, I was told to put a towl on the table and use that. Also, cockroaches..."

"One of our bedside tables had dried used contacts stuck to them. Clearly the staff forgot to clean the tables. Our room had us up all night because the room above us - anytime they moved all we could hear were squeaky floors like we were staying in an old war home. When I brought both issues up to the staff they said on that’s horrible and then offered no solutions."
