In a private domain, Mediterranean villa with a garden and a swimming pool, all designed by a renowned local architect.

Close to the villa, the village center (700m), the immense Vic lake (800m), the beach (3km), a golf course (7km), the Gardiole massif (known for its hikes ), the Aresquiers wood .....

The living space, 85m2, fully open, is composed of a living room, a dining room and a kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, 1 large freezer, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, ...).

The living room is composed of 2 sofas, a LED TV (satellite reception), a DVD player, a beautiful operational fireplace (which works every winter),

A dining room that can accommodate 12 people completes this space.

Finally, a table football, located in the living room will delight holidaymakers, young and old.

On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (which can be brought together), as well as an independent studio with a double bed and a very small room with a single bed (the studio is well suited for a couple with a child).

The house has a bathroom (with bath) and 3 shower rooms. Each shower room is equipped with a toilet. In addition, there is a guest WC.

The house is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer (it is also possible to dry the laundry outside in a dedicated space).

The outdoor area is made up of a landscaped garden with barbecue, a terrace with 2 large tables (12 people) and a large summer lounge (pool house), very popular in the height of summer.

Finally, a dedicated play area with basketball hoop and table tennis table completes the exterior parts.

In low season:
-The entrance to the premises can be done any day of the week.
-The price displayed for the night is valid for a minimum reservation of 7 nights. It is possible to book for less than 7 nights (3 nights minimum) but the price of the night will be increased.
-A reduction will be applied for any reservation of 4 weeks or more.

In high season:
-The entrance to the premises will be on Saturday only and for a minimum duration of 7 nights.
