Staff is welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Grounds are well kept and Inn has a great location in a residential area (condos) near I 94 - but far enough away you do not hear the traffic. Near restaurants and gas. I feel safe as a single woman traveler and will continue to use whenever I need to be in Portage.
