Comfortable spacious villa

Very nice villa with garden (great for kids, a little bit smaller than it looks on photos), outdoor area where we had breakfasts and dinners and cozy balcony with sea view where we used to have a drink every night. Very good location - beach 5-10 minutes (our favorite was the one below the restaurant U Castellu), supermarket Spar (in Sagone), trips to the mountains (approx. 1 hour drive or less to Piana, Capo Rosso, Porto, Ota, La Spelunca). Kitchen is very well equipped (nothing was missing!, there is even a sharp knife:-)). The only thing we missed a little bit was salt but we bought in Spar so no problem. Parking in the yard in front of the house. Very safe and calm neighborhood. WiFi available and functional. Tip for lunch / dinner: U Castellu.

Gite très bien situé (plages, commerces sont au plus à 2 minutes), très bien équipé, très agréable (la vue sur le balcon à l'étage est superbe). Propriétaire très sympathique. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine

Belle semaine de vacances dans cette villa idéale pour 2 familles, toute équipée et très propre. Le propriétaire a été très disponible et de très bons conseils pour notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter !!!

Une maison très bien agencée et confortable pour 2 familles, au calme et proche du centre de Sagone et des plages. Stephan aux petits soins pour ses résidents. Un séjour formidable et nous recommanderons cette location à notre entourage.

très bon séjour

Nous avons loué la villa 2, les 2 premières semaines d'aout 2017. La villa était conforme au photo, très agréable (clim et wifi), spacieuse dans un lotissement calme. excellent séjour, seul bémol un peu loin des meilleurs plage du coin (15 mn à pied de la plage la plus proche et de gravier). Le propriétaire était très prévenant pour nous faire passer un très bon séjour. je reviendrais sans hésiter.

Superbe villa bien équipée

Rien à redire sur ce séjour d'une semaine à Sagone. Nous étions deux familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants). La villa est vraiment bien équipée, spacieuse et lumineuse, on ne se marche vraiment pas sur les pieds. Le propriétaire est super sympa et est disponible 24 heures sur 24, vous pouvez l'appelez quand vous voulez il répond toujours et essaie de vous satisfaire. Nous avons eu un mini souci avec l'éclairage de la cuisine, nous l'avons appelé et le problème a été résolu dans les 24h. Location à recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Excellent séjour dans la villa 2. Merci à M Mattei pour son accueil chaleureux, ses conseils sur les visites de la région et son grand professionnalisme. Il a tout mis en oeuvre pour s'assurer de notre confort. La villa et ses équipements sont de très bonne qualité et tout à fait conformes à la description de l'annonce. La situation à Sagone est idéale avec de nombreuses plages facilement accessibles en voiture.

Location haut de gamme très confortable, très bien située . L'accueil de M.Mattei est très convivial , sa disponibilité appréciable ainsi que ses bonnes adresses dont nous avons profité. 2 familles ont sejourné dans la villa mitoyenne sans aucune gêne , c'est très bien fait.Nous avons passé un sejour de 2 semaines très agréable , au calme et en profitant du jardin , des extérieurs .La vue sur mer est un plus .Une très bonne adresse!!

Nous avons séjourné pendant 15 jours dans la villa 2. Elle est tout à fait conforme à la description. Rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour! Monsieur MATTEI est très accueillant et vous pouvez lui faire toute confiance concernant les bonnes adresses qu'il vous communique. On ne demande qu'à y retourner très rapidement pour profiter encore davantage de cette belle île!!! Bonnes vacances aux futurs chanceux...

Superbe villa, très agréable

La maison correspond exactement au descriptif, elle est très belle et très agréable à vivre. Sa position permet de rayonner facilement d'Ajaccio à Porto et plus si le temps de route ne vous fait pas peur. L'accueil de Stephan Mattei est très agréable, il sait nous apporter les informations que nous recherchons, les bonnes adresses et cherche vraiment à rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Villa de rêve

Superbe maison correspondant tout à fait au descriptif trouvé sur le site d'Abritel. Nous occupions la villa 2, grands espaces, calme, propreté, très bien équipée, grand confort. Prix correct en cette période et pour 4 couples. Nous avons apprécié de trouver à notre disposition un guide élaboré par le propriétaire nous indiquant les choses à voir, les restos et activités conseillés. Accès à la plage à pieds depuis la villa. Stéphan MATTEI nous a très bien accueilli et est resté disponible en cas de besoin quel qu'il soit. De retour depuis 3 jours et déjà envie d'y retourner. MERCI !

Comfortabele villa

Zeer schoon en comfortabel huis, uitstekend uitgerust, rustige ligging aan de rand van een villawijkje-in-aanbouw. Goede slaapkamers met grote bedden en prima badkamers. Mooi beschut terras met goed tuinmeubilair. Kleine tuin aan twee kanten omzoomd door hoge heg, dus geen uitzicht. Weinig privacy naar de directe buren door lage afscheiding. Een uiterst vriendelijke huiseigenaar en een gastenboek met vele tips voor de omgeving.
