Our beautifully appointed Trail Creek Springs townhome is conveniently located between Jackson Hole(35 mins) and Grand Targhee(25 mins) Resorts. It is an easy drive to Yellowstone(90 mins) and Grand Teton(45 mins) National Parks. We even drove a big circle one day and saw both! Easy walk to the center of Victor, Idaho, a quaint "old west" town with good restaurants and unique shops. You might even see a horse tied up at the Knotty Pine Supper Club waiting for its owner to eat good BBQ! Victor is the gateway to the Teton Valley known as "The quiet side of the Tetons", a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts all year. Note: drive times vary due to road conditions.

In WINTER the Teton Valley is a wonderland of fresh, powdery snow. Some of the best skiing in the US is nearby. Jackson Hole, ranked #1 ski resort in the US by Forbes is a spectacular 35 minute drive over Teton Pass. An average of 500" of powder can be found nearby at Grand Targhee Resort, a wonderful laid back resort with top notch skiing, reasonable prices and gorgeous views. It is also ranked by Forbes as #8 in the country. Teton Valley is a paradise for cross country skiers and snowmobilers! Book a guided snowmobile trip to Yellowstone (a family trip we did that we will never forget!)

In SUMMER it gets even better! World class fly fishing on the Snake, South Fork of the Henry and Teton Rivers are all close by. Hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and horseback riding are all popular summer sports in the Teton Valley. Grand Targhee Loop Trail is a world renowned mountain biking trail. On Thursday evenings in summer the town of Victor hosts Music on Main, a free summer concert with food trucks and an easy walk from our house. And of course Victors old fashioned Fourth of July Parade and festivities attract people from all over. Grand Targhee Resort has two large music festivals during the summer and many mountain biking events. We also have a local rodeo, a real treat!World Cast Outfitters and Fitzgerald Bicycles are an easy walk offering guided trout fishing and bicycle rentals.

A scenic drive to Jackson brings you to a bigger, busier old west town. Check out the Million Dollar Bar and have your photo taken under the Antlers Arch on the main square. Book a guided river rafting tour on the Snake River. You can select a scenic float where you view local wildlife or a white knuckle whitewater trip! A short drive through town is the entrance to Grand Teton National Park with all its splendor, a must see when visiting this area.

Our 2,138 square foot townhome is in the quiet neighborhood of Trail Creek Springs with many beautiful trees, a pond and creek and a short walk to the center of Victor. You enter into a soaring 2-story great room with wood burning fireplace. A private back deck and yard area with pretty trees is a wonderful place to dine in the summer, with table and chairs, 4 soft rocking, swivel chairs and BBQ. Our state-of-the-art 6 person HOT TUB will be great any time of the year! We have now added a privacy fence! Create wonderful meals in our fully stocked kitchen. The half bath and laundry room are located just off the kitchen. We have three beautifully appointed bedrooms. There is a main floor Master with king bed, an in suite bathroom with travertine shower, walk-in closet with a door to deck and hot tub. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and in suite bathroom, the other with a queen bed and Jack and Jill bathroom. All bedding is luxurious! A large, cozy loft sitting area has a new queen size sofa sleeper for additional guests. The loft area also has a door to the upstairs deck, a pretty place to sit and watch the magpies!

For your entertainment there are 2 Smart TVs for your entertainment, and free wifi.

There is a single car garage with access to the kitchen with additional parking in the driveway and nearby guest lot.

Imagine coming home after an active day in the mountains, relaxing in the hot tub, then sitting by the wood burning fireplace to share stories of your day!

The deck and the hot tub area were filthy. A lot of bird feces and tree debris on the chairs and the deck. There was also hair in the bathtub, which was obviously not cleaned,and the white chair in the living room smelled like urine.

Close to Jackson without the traffic

Great property with plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds, 3.5 baths, a garage, fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub! Check-in and check-out was easy. Will definitely book when we return. We have stayed in Victor and in Jackson / Wilson, WY. We prefer Victor!

Great stay

The location of this property was great- the neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful, and it was easy to walk to town. Townhouse was large and well equipped for cooking. We drove in to the Grand Tetons from here- about an hour drive each way over the pass. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after long days of hiking. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent quaint condo

The property was very nice, and the location was awesome. Being very close to Jackson allowed access to all sorts of activities. The town of Victor was very unique and friendly. It was extremely adequate for a chance to visit Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, and the surrounding Teton Valley.

Great Location, Roomy Accommodation

My family of 4 stayed in John's place for 5 nights and we were completely comfortable the entire time. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed for the few meals we prepared. The location is great as it is close (walking distance) to several restaurants, breweries, and the market. The hot tub was a huge plus as well. It was the perfect place and I would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing. We loved Victor as well as the house. Hot tub is clean and fresh. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. Neighbors were great. Restaurants were close in great. Would definitely recommend it and will definitely be back

Great House

The house was very clean, and the drive into Jackson was not bad at all. About 20 to 30 minute drive, but great scenery on the way. Many places were very close and within walking distance. Beautiful landscaping and quiet neighborhood. There are quite a few local food choices and the Big Hole BBQ was delicious. Would stay again. Thanks for making our stay pleasant.

Centrally located, but close to nothing

While the condo was comfortable and enjoyable, it is located such that you should expect 45 minutes to get anywhere. That should not be a reason not to stay here, but should be relevant as you consider your options. We would absolutely stay here again

Our Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The property was very clean and very inviting. My husband and I took our 3 boys to Jackson Hole for Christmas. We wanted to stay in an area that was more quiet and secluded than the busy town of Jackson, and this was the perfect spot. It’s in a small town where there are a lot of little shops and restaurants. We had a nice grocery store about 10 min away at the next town, where we stocked up on groceries for the week. The house had all the kitchen amenities that I needed to cook all our meals. The are was very beautiful with streams, wooded areas, and mountains all around us. The boys relaxed in the hot tub every night after a day of snowmobiling, hiking, and tubing. We watched movies and played games in front of the wood burning fireplace. Having the washer an dryer was a life saver, so we didn’t have to pack a lot of clothes, I could just wash them when we needed them again! And having a garage to park our rental car in was a game changer because we didn’t have to clean the snow off every morning! We really enjoyed our first trip to Jackson Hole and will definitely be back!!

A Genuine Beauty

We understand we were the first guests since the new owners acquired the property. Clearly much time and effort was spent on tastefully furnishing the unit, which was done beautifully. Extremely clean and comfortable, bedding terrific, kitchen excellent, and an awesome brand new hot tub, which appeared to be the only one in the complex. HD Dish TV's with many channels. We didn't use the upstairs sitting room as we were only two of us, nor the 2 ensuite bedrooms. The Master BR was huge, walk-in closet, and big shower. Wood fireplace warmed up those snowy Teton Valley nights, plenty of wood. A short walk to several excellent nearby restaurants, including Big Hole BBQ, the 'burnt ends' so tasty, and Mahi fish tacos. The Village Grocery has most everything you need (if not Broulins in Driggs, 8 miles away, has everything and then some). The Emporium Fountain has fresh Huckleberry Ice Cream for $2 a cone!!! and good cappuccino. John & Barbara extremely responsive, and flexible, assuming your requests are aligned with their calendar, which I suspect after this review, will fill up very fast. Enjoy the space, its truly remarkable.

BEWARE! RUDE HOST, DIRTY HOT TUB

BEWARE! When we arrived, the hot tub was unusable. It was so cloudy that you could not even see your legs in the hot tub. And the smell was atrocious. Like musty old house water. When we notifed John about this, he told us that we would have to pay for the hot tub to be emptied and refilled. Why would we have to pay for this when it was like that when we arrived?? John was very upset because of all of the towel laundry that needed to be done after we left. He tried to charge $75 for the time spent completing towel laundry, but the rules book did not state that we were supposed to complete towel laundry besides starting a load of towels before we left, which we did. If they want their guests to wash and put away towels, that is so wrong and disgusting that they would trust guests to do this. The rules of the house also stated to leave the sheets on the bed. We have never stayed in a house that wanted us to leave the sheets on the bed. It definitely makes you wonder if they even wash them. Considering how rude John was to us, it makes you wonder how he can manage a house on VRBO. We also asked John to send us a copy of the rules of the house multiple (at least 4) times and he would not send it to us. They are also nearly impossible to get a hold of in a timely manner. We tried calling John and Barbara multiple times but they would never answer our phone calls or give us a callback, they would only message us on VRBO at least an hour after we reached out to them. John also called us vulgar names and threatened to leave us a bad review because we did not complete towel laundry and tried to charge us $75. I would not recommend staying here to anyone...

Great location

Great place to stay! I would definitely recommend for a family. We used the hot tub a lot.Be aware this is a duplex, but the neighbors are great and they actually provided great info of various hiking trails that ended being gems. The back deck and 2nd story deck were really dirty when we got there and I spent 45 minutes cleaning it so we can use it. The house itself was very clean. If it wasn’t for the dirty deck I would give this place a 5 star rating all the way around.

Great family stay!

Love the location is close to town and was able to walk everywhere. The house had alot of room for 2 adults and 5 kids. We enjoyed it!!

There was plenty of linens and space for my party of 6 to be happy. We loved the games and welcoming feel of being there. We were able to walk into Victor for food, drink and shopping easily.

Lovely Setting Hot Tub!

This property is very nice, beautiful neighborhood, very comfortable beds. Wonderful having a working wood-burning fireplace with some wood provided. plentiful towels and sheets. Host responded quickly!Only need to mention a few things:The pictures on the listing showed bedroom TVs that were not there when we got there. The dishwasher was not clean; under the kitchen sink where the trash is was a mess; one of the shower drains was plugged, the front door around the lock is dirty and needs to be cleaned.

Lovely place

Wonderful stay- loved being able to walk to restaurants and market- comfortable and roomy place, nice community- great communication- easy access to Grand Targhee for ski. Would definitely stay again. I imagine it’s so beautiful in summer with lots of trees and nearby creek.

Great Place

I would give ten stars for this place. It is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beauty and within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and activities including biking, hiking and visiting the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone and everything in between. (Especially loved the drive through upper and lower Mesa Falls!) The owners were very responsive and the home was neat, clean and had everything we needed. Loved the comfortable king bed.
