The property info says 24 hr front desk. Check in time says ends at any time. If it hadn't I wouldn't have booked it.I called to confirm my stay and told them I'd be arriving at 2:30 in the morning. They said the front desk closes at midnight, when I asked when it reopened they said at 4 am. But I was told there would be a number I could call. It was too late to cancel my reservation. After traveling for 6 hours with a 3-year-old and 80 year old who has been traveling for 36 hours, there is no number to call, no one at the front desk is answering, there is a sticker on the front lobby door saying closed from 10:00 to 4:30 a.m., not 4. Right now it is 2:30 in the morning it's been pouring down rain and cold. I'm going to pay for a room for a total of 6 hours and now have to idle my car for the next 2 hours and hope that somebody comes to the door on time. This is completely unacceptable. If you're going to be closed from 10:00 to 4:30 in the morning don't tell people they can check it at any time, don't waste people's time and money! I shouldn't have to be waiting to pay for a room but I'm going to have for a total of 5 hours to get some rest. There's nowhere for me to go now so I'm just going to sit outside their office for 2 hours.

The room we had was small, yet clean. I like the no carpet floors. Housekeeping made our bed and gave fresh towels, which are thin. The staff is very kind. They have food in the check in office for breakfast and great coffee. No coffee maker in room. I wish the amenities were pump style, instead of bar soap.

The room was clean, but just a bit outdated. But I rather have clean. The staff was very friendly at check in. They have bottled water in your room which is a nice touch. They have great coffee in the office, snacks, fruit, cereal, many other items, which is a treat.

I have been traveling for 3 months all over the country and this is BY FAR the most clean of all places including corporate hotels! I was incredibly impressed by the staff, cleanliness and how quiet the property is. We will be back!!
