Loved this hotel! I’m from victoria and grew up in James Bay so i wanted to stay at a hotel close to my old home and the Oswego hotel was perfect, loved that there was a full kitchen so i could make my own breakfast in the mornings. And it’s close to downtown and the inner harbour which is perfect :) Would definitely stay here again! And the lady at checkin was very friendly!

Studio suite was filled with natural light. Comfortable and very clean. Area. is safe, walkable and quiet. Slightly off the main road. Welcoming to my small dog. Definitely would stay again.

Our suite was very spacious, clean and quiet. Very nice staff. Very walkable to everywhere as well. Not to far of a walk to downtown. Lots of restaurant options downtown and shopping.

Very clean rooms. Staff was all beyond amazing, friendly and attentive! The only complaint I have is that we didn’t get a balcony in our room as advertised (our friends who booked at the same time as us got the balcony) and also it got a little bit warm in the room and they didn’t seem to have an AC in our room but cracking a window helped. Not sure how it would be in summer.

I do see that you reserved a Studio Suite, this is the only room category that does not guarantee a balcony. If you were to stay with us again and a balcony is an important aspect of your stay, I would recommend reserving a one-bedroom suite because all of them have balconies. Additionally, we do not have air conditioning in any of our suites as part of our commitment to being an eco-friendly property. We have elected to implement other cooling features such as; drapery in all of our suites and fans in every room to keep everyone cool in lieu of air conditioning. We hope to welcome you back another time!

Great room size with kitchenette. Nice window view of the area. We got the end room of hallway so we get a nice view from the bathroom window and the balcony view. Quiet place, walkable distance to the waterfront, Parliament Buildings and restaurants.

We come to Victoria a few times each year and always stay at this hotel. Our VIP gives us free parking and coffee, and this time they upgraded our room. Much appreciated.

The room was great for our stay. There are areas of the room that have room for improvement such as wear and tear around crevices in the kitchenette and shower areas. Overall though, would stay again during our next visit to Victoria.

Great location and the hotel itself is beautiful! 5 minute walk to the Parliament buildings. We were on the seventh floor and even had a peekaboo view of the harbour. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff was always very friendly, helpful and informative. They were more than happy to give us suggestions regarding places to eat, shop, and activities in the area that were must sees. They allowed us to store our bags while we waited to check in so that we could go explore without the hassle. They also allowed me to store my bags after checking out until it was time to head to the airport. This was a small part of the amazing service we received during our stay.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. It’s a short distance from the ferry and walking distance from most everything you want to do in Victoria. Great place to stay!
