"Excellent"

"Breakfast was poor, some scrambled eggs, bacon and cakes that were lousy or a day old. The elevators are old and noisy. One morning I left a piece of toilet paper in the toilet and when I come back in the afternoon was still there, the toilet wasn't even flushed. I move around with a mobility scooter but the property does not have ramps, so if you have limited mobility stay away from this hotel."

"Unfortunately, travelling to a destination you want to go to isn't fun anymore. It's exhausting. It's measuring liquids, taking off belts and boots, it's having your purse searched, your body scanned. So, it's a relief when you arrive at your destination and it's clean, organized, pretty, and exactly everything that was promised. And when the sun came out, we took advantage of the beautiful porch right outside the door and let the sun re-energize us. This is our second, maybe third? time here, and it will continue to be our go-to when I return to Ontario to visit family. "

"Great stay! Would recommend but note that there are several messages and forms you receive prior to check-in. When we got to the concierge desk to check-in, they asked for our room number, and I had no idea where to find it in amongst all the messages/documents. So, stay here but just know there will be a series of things to do in advance and it would be helpful to make a note of info from those documents to have easily on hand. "

"One of the best hotel stays I have had. Check in was friendly, easy and welcoming. The concierge even gave my daughter an easter toy and treats. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were welcomed and comfortable. Very refreshing and appreciated. "

"Communication was amazing!! Even provided me with an early check-in for a nominal fee. Parking was difficult-but was not due to host, yet they continued to help me! Super clean, reasonably priced and would definitely use this host again! "
