We saw several guests confronted over leaving with even so much as an extra bagel or muffin. They are way too rigid about this, and it's off-putting."

I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. I dont care how convenient it may be. She shouldn't have such a high position if she cant converse with the people staying there on a level that's inviting and friendly. Remodel the hotel, but get a new staff as well."
