I had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the price was extremely affordable for the quality of the accommodations. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a restful night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was a great added bonus and offered a nice start to the day. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that I wish the room had a refrigerator. Other than that, everything met or exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly hotel.

Our stay was nice. The hotel is new and clean. Unfortunately there isn't much soundproofing of the rooms and we could hear the people on either side of us and above us. But the facility itself was nice. The lady at the desk was very kind.

My husband and i travel quite a bit. This hotel was very impressive. Starting from the friendly staff. To the very clean and welcoming rooms. Very plushy towels. Breakfast was just amazing from sausage and egg sandwiches, bagels, toast, muffins, coffee, tea, water and seltzer water, not to mention fruit and cereal. Check out was awesome it was done on the tv. Late check out was an option as well. This definitely will be our go to hotel. They made our visit to Victorville nice.

The staff were the best part of this hotel. Isabella and Sumit were very helpful. They treated us great!! But, the hotel lacks basic amenities found even at Studio 6!! No fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, water was lukewarm…. We had to take lukewarm water showers both days… had to keep coming down to the lobby to heat our food, get some coffee….

Pool was closed, restaurant has been closed for what looks like years, had boxes and unused equipment stacked on the inside of it. Had trash all over outside. We wanted to stay because of the pool and on site restaurant. Ended up spending 3 hrs with 2 small kids looking for a softener place to stay. Waste of time and money. We had a 14 day stay planned.....
