We had to request a few things that I feel should have already been in there: shampoo/conditioner and a tub stopper. However, the staff was extremely helpful and responsive and brought the items over within 10 minutes. The room was clean and spacious and we had no issues during our one night stay.

Excellent getaway

The place was stocked with a large fridge, microwave toaster,, coffee pot, with ample room to stock supplies. It was like a studio apartment. Very nice bed. I would recommend this place for anyone who's looking for comfort and relaxation

The young attend who checked me in was an absolute doll. Courteous, relatable, and was actually knowledgeable regarding the specifications and any crazy questions I threw at her. I wouldn’t stay here again. The room felt very dusty, especially the sheets and towels. Every time I got out of the shower, my face had an allergic reaction. You can hear everything from outside. At night, people were playing loud music in their cars, even though it’s a hotel where people are trying to sleep. During the day, there were also people arguing and yelling a few times, and I didn’t feel safe staying here. There were no cooking supplies at all. In a couple of the photos, it shows a toaster, but there was no toaster in my room.

The staff are really nice and try to help. The property is in a load area just off the freeway. Lot of trucks coming and going at all hours of the night and the rooms have zero insulation from sound.
