Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and taken care of. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Housekeeping maintained the room to the highest standard, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. "Everything was great, it is just a bit confusing since it’s two hotels in one property and the front desk is too far and inconvenient for where the area is, other than that it was great."

"Clean and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was inconvenient. The toilet was enclosed with the shower and the only sink was more for a bar than a bathroom. No counter space. "

"We paid well over 300 for a one-night stay on a Thursday night. I can tell you that it was not worth it. The building is older, the lobby is the smallest I have seen and very crowded. It was maybe 40x40, if that. The rooms are incredibly small with zero privacy. The restroom doors in your room do not go to the floor or the ceiling, so zero privacy there or the shower. While the staff was nice, I would never choose to stay here again, especially at these rates. "
