"The room is very small definitely not the same size room as in the photo. Could not get any room service. Did not have ballet parking as it said on line and there was no 24hour room service also like it said. The safe lady member with the red hair was not very friendly and did not give very good directions or clear instructions on how to get the parking garage. The shower had mild in it "

"Hotel is in very good location, close to train station and dining area. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Breakfast was different - if someone is meat lover may be disappointed but was fresh and well presented. "

"This is a great property for our family. The 2 bedroom apartment gives us flexibility to create our own meals and spread out into different rooms. The pool gives great entertainment for our family. We did find it a bit chilly this visit which was a shame. Unfortunately one elevator was out of service which made leaving and returning a longer process that we would have liked. It was also a shame our room cards don't allow access through the front door affer 7pm. Making going to dinner challenging."

"The rooms in the hotel are fantastic - spacious, very clean and the view from the window was lovely. The rooms have a modern feel to them and are nice and bright. The welcome fizz at reception when checking in was also a nice touch. Staff were always very friendly. The hotel is located very centrally within Perth so nothing is that far away either. My only point of constructive feedback would be the breakfast, which I thought could have been fresher."
