"Front desk staff was excellent. Breakfast was good but service, such as making sure the hot items were kept full, not so much. A/ C was provided via a window unit which was noisy and not terribly effective. Mini splits would be a good upgrade for them. Front porch rockers were great. We made several acquaintances with other guests which one does not typically do in a hotel environment. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Natchez"
