You’ll feel right at home on this 3,000 m² wooded and fenced-in property with no neighbors in sight, featuring 4 parking spaces for your vehicles and a bike/storage shed

You’ll enjoy the living and relaxation area in the 25 m² four-season veranda, which is also set up for dining near the gas barbecue/plancha
. You’ll also enjoy the TV area in the indoor living room and dining in the dining room that opens onto the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, wine cooler, fridge/freezer, etc.) Air-conditioned living space:

The comfortable bedding in the bedrooms is from 2021:
*Bedrooms 1 and 2 = 160 x 200 bed, French doors with pool view, access to the terrace

* Bedroom 4 = 140 x 190 bed, French doors with access to the terrace.

Hyères is 40 minutes away, St. Tropez is 1 hour away, and Lake Sainte-Croix is 50 minutes away.
